Rumours of a secret society being behind the sabotage of services in the Cholo city centre emerged today. It is said that they are based south of Cholo but security services denied the existence of any unauthorised organisations stating that "all registered groups, societies and political are monitored and all others are disassembled".
Another un-named source said "You didn't see nothing, right!"
